HotLead Affiliate Terms
The simple rules of the HotLead affiliate program. Last updated: 2 November 2026
1. Who we are and agreement
The program is run by Keene Growth Partners (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/759782/07 (“Keene Growth”, “we”, “us”). By applying or taking part, you agree to these terms.
2. Joining
Everyone applies using our form. HotLead members automatically qualify. We review applications from non-members, and applying doesn’t guarantee acceptance.
3. Commission
- HotLead members earn 40% of the recurring monthly fee paid by each person they refer.
- Non-members earn 20% of that fee. If you cancel your HotLead membership, your rate drops to 20%.
- You earn for each month the person you referred stays a paying member. When they cancel, commission for that referral stops.
- You earn only on people you refer directly, not on anyone they go on to refer.
- You can’t earn commission on your own subscription or on accounts you control.
4. Tracking and payment
Referrals, commission and payouts are managed through Whop, and Whop’s records decide which referrals are credited to you. You need a Whop account and must follow Whop’s terms.
Figures on our website are before any Whop fees. Whop may hold new commission for a period before you can cash it out. Commission on payments that are refunded, disputed or fraudulent can be reversed. You’re responsible for your own taxes.
5. How you promote HotLead
You choose how you promote and advertise, and you can be as creative as you want. You must:
- Be honest about what HotLead does, and make clear that you earn a commission.
- Not promise any income or business results, for yourself or anyone else.
- Not send spam, or contact people without a lawful basis.
- Follow the laws and advertising platform rules that apply to you.
- Not present yourself as Keene Growth or as our employee.
6. Training and materials
You may use the training, material and creative assets we give you to promote HotLead while you’re in the program. They remain ours, and you must stop using them when you leave.
7. No guaranteed earnings
Earnings examples on our website show the maths, not a promise or a typical result. What you earn depends on your own efforts, on how many people you refer and on how long they stay. Many affiliates may earn little or nothing.
8. Our relationship
You’re an independent affiliate, not our employee, agent or partner, and you can’t make commitments on our behalf.
9. Personal information
You’re responsible for handling the personal information you collect lawfully, including under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) where it applies. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Leaving the program
You can leave at any time. We can remove you if you break these terms, or close the program, by notifying you. Commission stops from the date you leave or are removed. Commission you’ve already properly earned stays payable, unless it came from fraud or a breach of these terms.
11. Changes
We may change these terms or the commission rates. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any change that reduces your commission. If you stay in the program after a change takes effect, you accept it.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the three months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by Whop or other third-party platforms. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under South African law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We’ll both first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the South African courts have jurisdiction.
