1.Who we are

Keene Growth Partners (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/759782/07 ("Keene Growth", "we", "us"), is the responsible party for personal information collected through keenegrowth.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2.What we collect

Information you give us — when you apply, contact us or message us on WhatsApp: your name, company, email address, phone number, website, industry, marketing spend band, payment preference and what you tell us about your business.

Information collected automatically — standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Client campaign data — when we run campaigns for you, we may process information about your leads and customers (for example names, contact details and enquiry content) on your behalf.

3.Why we use it

To assess whether we are a fit for your business and respond to your application or enquiry; to deliver and improve the services we agree with you; to send you information you have asked for; to keep the website secure and understand how it is used; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

4.Forms and third parties

Website forms are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which transmits your submission to our email. We also use trusted providers for email, CRM, analytics, advertising platforms and hosting. Each acts under contractual confidentiality and security obligations and only processes information for the purposes described here. Some providers store data outside South Africa; where they do, we ensure protection at a level substantially similar to POPIA. We do not sell personal information.

5.Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our own marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

6.Retention

We keep application and enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax and legal record-keeping. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. Client campaign data is returned or deleted at the end of an engagement unless you instruct otherwise.

7.Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — access controls, encrypted connections and reputable providers — to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.

8.Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@keenegrowth.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).

9.Children

Our services are for businesses and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10.Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at this address with the date it was last updated.
