1.Who we are and agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of keenegrowth.com and any services provided by Keene Growth Partners (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/759782/07 ("Keene Growth", "we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

2.The service

Keene Growth designs, builds and runs a customer-acquisition system for your business across five steps: finding your customer, building the offer and sales landing page, launching campaigns on selected channels, capturing and following up leads, and tracking and improving results. The specific scope, channels and deliverables for your business are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3.Fees and payment

The personal growth partnership costs US$1,500 per month and includes HotLead access. The scope is agreed in writing before work begins. Engagements run month to month. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and payable within 7 days. Either party may end the engagement with notice before the start of the next monthly period.

Advertising spend is not included in our fees. Advertising accounts are held in your name, funded by you, and you control the budget at all times. Third-party software subscriptions (for example CRM, email or tracking tools) are likewise paid by you unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4.Your responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the accounts, information, brand assets and approvals we need; to fund advertising spend; to follow up leads promptly; and to ensure your products, services and claims comply with applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for the products or services you sell.

5.Results

We build and run the system with care and use real data to improve it, but marketing outcomes depend on your market, offer, pricing, margins, budget and sales process. We do not guarantee any specific volume of leads, sales or revenue.

6.Applications

Submitting an application through this website does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance. We review each application for fit and capacity, and an engagement begins only when both parties confirm the scope and fee structure in writing.

7.Intellectual property

Landing pages, copy, creative and other deliverables produced specifically for you become yours once the fees for the period in which they were produced are paid. Keene Growth retains ownership of its methods, frameworks, templates, processes and tools, and may reuse general know-how. We may describe the engagement and anonymised results in our own marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.

8.Confidentiality and data

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Where we process personal information of your leads or customers on your behalf, we do so as your operator and on your instructions.

9.Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from advertising platforms, third-party tools, or your own products, services or actions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

10.Website use

The content of this website is provided for general information. You may not copy, scrape or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission. We may update the website and these Terms at any time; the current version is always published at this address.

11.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion; failing that, the South African courts have jurisdiction.
